You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free

One of the major reasons I do not like religion is that every religion believes it’s the true religion.  Even within a religion, every doctrine claims supremacy over the other one, warning its members not to have anything to do with the practice of a rival religion or doctrine. The warning here is any religion or doctrine that warns members against reading the  ‘holy’ book of another has something to hide, and that something just might lead to the very truth that the member seek.   You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free

In particular, a religion that does not encourage you to think by yourself but to simply swallow whatever you have been fed by its priests or holy book is far from being truth.  The truth religion should re-direct you into your own self in your search for truth, and then keep inspiring you till you find that truth within you, by yourself.  One person’s truth cannot be transferred to another person by explanation.  For truth to be truly truth, it must be experienced.  Therefore, the route to truth that one person finds by looking inward (that’s the only place the truth can be found) may not necessarily be same as another finds.  However, we all evolve and ultimately arrive as the same truth.  And when you do gradually but ultimately arrive at this truth, all things will become naked to your ‘spiritual eyes’ and your understanding will become perfect.  The deceit and decorations that covered the truth and tend to mislead you will drop.  You will know all things and the fear and worry of the unknown will vanish from you leaving you light and free indeed.  You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free

When you practice the teachings of great teachers and masters who have literally attained divinity having themselves practiced what they preached, you will become like them in the power and results that follow.  You will know the truth and the truth shall set you free.  You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free
